My organization has recently updated our email/DNS settings requiring us to update our email bounceback address. For those unfamiliar in E9, in each email's details, in the advanced section, there is a setting for email bounceback address, which for existing emails tied to programs/forms are not inheriting the new updated default setting. We have literally hundreds of users and about 3900 existing email files that need to be updated with a new address for this field. I cannot find any automated way to update all of these.
One option is an API level report which would allow me to export an asset list of all emails with the email name AND bounceback address in a column so that we can identify which emails need updating. How can I pull this type of report?
Does anyone know of any better ways to identify and or update these email files in E9? We are also about to move to E10 at the end of the month, however this change needs to happen within the next 10 days!
