I've been reading around the creation of dynamic signature rules, and I think they are going to be appropriate for what I want to achieve. Broadly, our company has a large sales force and I want to personalise emails so that the 'from address', signature and 'reply to' address to be dynamic dependent on which sales person looks after which customer etc.
I've created a dynamic signature rule, based on a contact field record, which should therefore pull through the correct sales person for each customer. However, I'm struggling with the next phase of this, i.e. how to actually get these rules applied to an email and the signature displaying properly etc.
Any help or advice would be much appreciated as I'm sure many, many other users have wanted to achieve exactly the same.
