Re: same domain but not all contacts received the campaign

You may need to check spam - or work with your IT department to ensure the messages get delivered. Test with some generic yahoo or gmail accounts. Sometimes the emails can look phishy because they're coming from your domain - but not your mail server (or something like that)

 

Also, if any of those are shared mailboxes or routed mailboxes (email to one address goes to several people), those never seemed to deliver all.
