Thanks so much for your reply! Yeh, I also have to say that that surprises me. It's very annoying that we always have to explain to our clients that the number of submitted forms is lower than the reports show because of the opt-outs and that the click-through engagement includes the opt-out; because of that we are in a way always bringing 'bad news', which leaves a bad impressions with our clients. For now, we constantly adjust the reports before we send them to our clients, but our clients wonder why it takes this much work to get a report when the rest is all automated....
