Thanks Helena. I read the details and as I understand it (confirmed by and email from Beth today), although the functionality is there for all companies, it is only to be turned on by a Service Request through MOS. We have to pay for each of the non-email address contacts just like we pay for those with email addresses. So until we have specific plans for what to do with the non-email contacts, we don't want them in the database. Beth and Deanna are working with ELQ to turn that off and delete any of the contacts without email addresses.
