that is a systematic process on the back end.. it is not visually available as a form.. if you had a custom preference center, you could have then used the form behind and added any processing steps.. in your case, you can add the unsubscribes from emails (filter by sent any email and unsubscribed in last X time frame) to a program and then add them to a group and leverage data export to send the info out of eloqua.. or have them pass through the form submit cloud connector and have your processing steps on that form...
