Hiring - Campaign Manager (Sales Enablement Position)

The Campaign Manager, Sales Enablement, will create programs that help move MQL’s (Marketing Qualified Leads) through the sales funnel through nurture programs, webinars, targeted vertical marketing and regional events.

 

This Is What You’ll Get To Do:

 

  • Create, manage and execute a variety or regional field events in support of our Sales team.
  • Create and manage sales enablement tools and resources.
  • Create and build programs that help move MQL’s (Marketing Qualified Leads) through the sales funnel through trigger-based and drip communication programs. Build out programs within Eloqua.
  • Integrate with regional Sales teams to better identify and source events, associations and social media channels to support their sales efforts.
  • Optimize budgets and show marketing’s contribution to bookings through weekly dashboards trending campaign effectiveness, prospect engagement, and funnel advancement.
  • Creates a communications calendar that can be easily shared with Sales and updated on a weekly basis.
  • All other duties as assigned.


Successful Candidates Will Have The Following:

 

  • 4+ years experience in B2B high-tech campaign design, integrated marketing and demand generation.
  • High-level working knowledge of marketing automation (Eloqua or Marketo) and Salesforce.com required
  • Proficient in the MS Office suite
  • Proven portfolio of metrics-based successful campaigns
  • Excellent copy writing skills – provide sample writing of content and offers
  • Content and persona development
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent editing and proofreading skills
