Form issue: how to add the submits to a different distribution list depending on the Segment they come from

Hello,

 

Hello - I am relatively new in Topliners (and Eloqua) so I apologize beforehand if this question has already been asked, and solved. My program designer being on annual leave, I am left all alone to design canvases and processing steps.

 

I just built an RSVP campaign including the blast of two emails to two different segments (each segment being composed from one or several shared lists). These emails will allow the submitters to go to a landing page and submit a form to participate to the event.

 

I want to add the submits to shared lists (up until there I think it makes sense). However, I want to be able to differentiate the leads that come from one segment from the leads that come from the other.

 

My idea (which is probably wrong) was to create two different submits contact shared list, add two "add to shared list" processing steps in the form and try to drive the leads to either depending on the value of their segment source (or shared list source as the segments are composed of shared lists + filters criteria). Unfortunately I cannot seem to find the way to do that in the processing steps of the form.

 

Is it possible to do? Or maybe there is a better solution such as adding two"Add to shared list" steps in the campaign canvas after a "yes" in the form step (knowing that there is two segments, I made two different route with 2 different mails, 2 form steps but the same form in each)?
