It would be interesting to get documentation of what processing steps will rearrange and to where. I've noticed that it will only happen sometimes, depending on the processing steps that have been added, but it seems like there are some processing steps that have equal value (ie. Update Contact with Form Data, Update Contact with Custom Values, Update Data Card with Form Data, Update Data Card with Custom values). Knowing this has been particularly helpful when dealing with forms that have lots of conditions, because I have needed to go through and re-configure one step, but ended up re-configuring several to make sure that the order still fired correctly.
