Thomson Reuters is looking for a genius Marketing Operations Manager who will serve as a catalyst for the growth of engagement, conversion, and revenue generated from our Tax and Accounting division. If you have a passion to implement leading edge marketing solutions, then this is the perfect role for you.The Thomson Reuters Tax and Accounting group is seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Manager for a role, focusing specifically on enabling the future of demand generation utilizing Marketing Automation, CRM and other enterprise software solutions. The marketing operations team is a key driver of leads and revenue for the Tax and Accounting business, so we’re looking for an innovative marketer to take it to the next level.
- Develop and implement data management/governance and list processing programs utilizing marketing automation
- Maintain integration between Eloqua and Salesforce.com
- Collaborate with the sales systems group on enhancing and troubleshooting issues with the lead creation system and integration
- Assess marketing automation user adoption and functionality; provide recommendations on how to improve in both areas
- Advise on best practices and train colleagues with regard to marketing automation capabilities, testing, and projected results
- Provide expertise in the areas of implementing account and contact scoring programs across the business units and customer/prospect lifecycle
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (marketing ops, sales, web development, IT) on marketing automation initiatives

Qualifications
- Excellent problem solving and creative solution building skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment working with multiple teams including web development, IT, sales ops, and marketing
- Minimum of 4-5 years work experience administering Marketing Automation solution (e.g., Eloqua, Marketo, Aprimo, Unica); Eloqua is preferable
- Background of leveraging third party tools to integrate systems
- Four years work experience implementing full cycle projects including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and support
- Experience managing projects of varying complexity; time management and project management are critical skills
- Four years of experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce.com, MS CRM, Siebel On Demand); Salesforce.com is preferable
- Eloqua Certification or Eloqua training a major plus
- Salesforce.com certification a major plus
- Exceptional proficiency in learning complex software solutions
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, team building, and support skills
- Demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation, initiative, and leadership
- Bachelors degree required; Masters degree a plus
