We’re looking for a Marketing Automation Administrator to work closely with our Marketing Ops team to execute and improve Online and Enterprise business marketing activities. In this role you will handle day-to-day Eloqua administration and configuration and work with members of the Marketing Ops team to seamlessly execute multi-lingual, global campaigns. You will continuously analyze operational processes and recommend plans for optimization. You will assist with technical design, configuration, implementation, and customization of our Eloqua programs and campaigns, monitoring program status and troubleshooting and resolving Eloqua issues as needed. You will continuously investigate ways to improve data quality to allow for better data segmentation and compliance and enforce best practices and help train Eloqua end users. You will own marketing reports and analytics along with the Marketing Ops Analyst.
Now... About YOU!
YOU have 1-3 years of relevant experience and an analytical mind set. You have strong project management and organizational skills and experience working with and administrating marketing automation platforms (preferably Eloqua), including CRM integration, field and database management, custom objects, campaign management and configuration, lead scoring and reporting. You’re familiar with Salesforce.com and other marketing tools, such as Google Analytics. If you also have experience with Demandbase as well as HTML skills…then that's a BIG PLUS!
