What are your thoughts on a minimum window that you can schedule a reminder email to be sent from Eloqua and feel confident that it will arrive before your event?
We just had a webinar at 9am today with a 30 minute reminder email scheduled to go out at 8:28. The email never made it out. I checked with Eloqua support and they said they were experiencing at least a 30 minute email delay today. When I checked TopLiners System Status, I do not see any posts for today. How can I schedule communications with confidence?
