I got to this post when I was searching on some tips/ suggestions on how to integrate RightNow with Eloqua.And, on reading the subsequent threads in post, I also found a mention on Siebel - RightNow integration. We have achieved this by using the Custom Process and Connect Web Services API of RightNow.
