We have a CDO that has just had just over 1 million records loaded into it. But some of this data is erroneous and there is not an easy way to identify what records are wrong.
I thought i would just manually delete them from the frontend but i seem to be getting a timeout error.
I then thought i would just delete the whole CDO and recreate it, but there are filter dependencies that prevent me from doing so, these filters have been setup for several campaigns that are due to go live soon (100+ filters)
What are my options?
Is it best to delete to filters, then the CDO and recreate the CDO and filters? (Time consuming)
Can the eloqua team run a truncate query on the CDO which bypasses filter dependencies?
Are the filters reliant on the CDO id (within the CDO metadata), if so can i update the existing CDO id to a new unique id via API and then create a an empty CDO via API with the original CDO id? Then perhaps the filters would now look at the new CDO because it has the old id?
Any thoughts would be appreciated. If only i could manually delete the data cards from the front end without the process timing out.
