I lied, according to some of the information I found here on Topliners, it sounds like Prospects are actively available in Eloqua10, although not to all clients, as they're not a standard data object. Sujith Sudhakaran is correct that you can use Program Builder to merge the records, provided there is an email address in the Prospect table.
