Hi, mhickey101. What you're seeing is that 1239 members were added to the Campaign through your first Segment, and 5 more through your second Segment.
253 members are in your email step. As Jeff said, you can click on that number to view the Status of the members in that step - these might might be contacts that are still awaiting action, but based on the screenshot it's unlikely. The most likely reason is that they were excluded from the send for some reason, e.g. bounceback,master exclude, unsubscribed, etc.
There are no more numbers anywhere because the members would have exited the Campaign following the email step.
A way to verify would be to click on the gear icon at the top left -> select "Operational Reports" -> select "Campaign Exit Report". This will show you everyone who successfully completed and exited the Campaign.
Based on the other numbers in your screenshot, you should have 991 people show up in the Exit Report (1239 + 5 - 253).
