The Eloqua Project/Program Manager will manage new and existing Eloqua campaigns and programs and execute on requested marketing automation request for the Marketing team. This position is responsible for executing and delivering Eloqua programs across multiple commodities for the Platts Marketing department globally. As a Project/Program manager this person is responsible for working in collaboration with the Field and Product Marketers and Information Management to ensure campaigns are deployed in a timely manner and adhere to Platts Marketing standards. This position requires good communication, project management skills with a natural ability to work in a collaborative environment and Eloqua expertise.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop and execute Eloqua marketing automation campaigns and programs that drive lead generation, retention, and nurturing using the Eloqua Conversion Suite application. Campaign and program strategy will be driven by Field and Product marketing managers.
• Develop list segmentation based on field marketing requirements. Pull in IM team as needed to rather all the segments necessary
• Test and QA programming to ensure campaign deployment will operate as intended. Work with field marketers to approve final programming.
• Provide suggestions for campaign A/B testing based on best practices and Platts benchmarks. Ensure programming is accurate for data collection for A/B tests. Work with Information Management (IM) team to QA work.
• Meet with project team to identify project scope, target markets, email touch points, and schedule.
• Stay current on Eloqua 10 software and enhancements
• Identify peak work times and proactively ensure 3rd party vendors are in place to handle overflow work.
Requirements:
• Project management experience required
• College degree or 3 to 5 years equivalent work experience required
• Experience using Eloqua (critical) or any other automated marketing software.
• A track record of solid and successful project and communication management is required.
